High-tech power electronics inside the Mnemosyne family

Concept

Mnemosyne range (Calliope, Erato, Urania, Polyhymnia) products of Single-Use-Pump products incorporate advanced electronics (like the Sinoatrial node in the mammalian body) and software to measure, calculate where the free flowing Myocardium diaphragm and connected Pericardium membrane are positioned at any time.

The Hephaestus all metal body houses the Apollon communication platform (creating the Sinoatrial node, the Pacemaker) with a 900 MHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 CPU. A range of 15 bit in/out analogue and digital channels corresponding with various sensors/actuators, Ethernet / LAN, USB connection (for Wi-Fi / USB adapter).

The two black pneumatic ACRO pinch valves serve as controlling valves for the conveyed liquid in and out. Pinch valves mounted on vertical axles so they can rotate for best possible access. The 8 quick release stainless steel spanners keep the single-use/wetted SUP part in place

Power supply

24 VDC from the Eos family of Power Supply´s which connects to 110-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz via standard IEC plug.

Drive gas supply

Pressurized air from a constant supply with 3 - 5 Bar / 45 - 80 psi and volume according to the pump size. Hose size further depending on pump size ranging 6 - 12 mm OD.

USB socket

• Delivers serial connection for technician firmware upgrades

Ethernet – RJ45 socket

• Connection to a DHCP server or DHCP switch like Calliope

TCP/IP Address

Each device from PumpCell supplied with factory standard IP address. Easily changed to fit into end user range of products.

Validation

All products are CE approved and marked to specific IP rating.
