PumpCell's innovative product's are Air-Operated-Diaphragm-Positive-Displacement (AODPD) Single-Use-Pump's (SUPs) for sterile / clean fluid handling. The Clio family of pump's copies the mammalian heart functionality into a PLC precision controlled true Positive Displacement Single-Use-Pump (PD SUP) able to pump any mix of liquid and gas.

Clio diaphragm pump family:

  • Range from few ml to many liter/min
  • No priming is needed
  • Measure the conveyed volume - no need for seperate flow sensors

Drive Units Clotho and Lachesis for Clio SUPs

  • A Laser sensor read in real-time the position of the diaphragm inside the SUP
  • A PLC control via a range of proportional valves the diaphragm movements
