Design
Alagonia-8 hold one customized www.electroad.com model EVO10-P1 dual rubber diaphragm pump driven by a fixed RPM asynchronous motor for life-time exceeding 15,000 hours. For temperature control one constant operating Sunon 70 m3/hour MagLev bearing axial ventilator. Alagonia can supply either pressure or vacuum. NOT both pressure and vacuum at the same time from the same Alagonia-8! Includes on the pressure side an air pressure release electro/pneumatic valve for simple pump start-up.
Alagonia-50 includes a super high-tech scroll pump for oil-free and continues operation. Will supply four Clotho drive unit with vacuum when connected to a 5 liter reservoir. The electrical motor is a Bruch-Less-Direct-Current (BLDC) motor for >30,000 hour lifetime. Two 100 mm ventilation fans integrated inside the U3 cabinet keep the compressor cool.
Alagonia-8 pump in Hephaestus U2 Stainless Steel cabinet. Further one Sarpedon reservoir next to Alagonia-8 stabilizing the pressure and/or vacuum. Gauges on Sarpedon help control for correct pressures. The two Riegler 1.2 Bar over-pressure regulators visible on Sarpedon front. At the most right the low-noise, significant larger Alagonia-50 vacuum pump unit in (30 mm deeper than standard) Hephaestus U3 Stainless Steel cabinet.
